Traveled in Europe in 1927. Attended lectures at the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland; and University of Lwow, Poland, on trade and commerce. Visited England, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Russia. In 1941 assistant district attorney of Buffalo. Member of Republican State Committee of N. Y.; Bureau of Diocesan Speakers; Bureau of Speakers Joint Charities; Diocesan Charities; County Bar Association; Polish Lawyers Association; Greater Buffalo Advertising Club; Knights of Columbus; Judges and Police Executives of Erie County; Little Mayor Uncle Sams; Polish Union of Buffalo, Greater East Side Republican Club, Fillmore Non-Partisan Club, Republican State Committeeman. Attorney for Erie County Welfare Dept. and Erie County E. R. B. Board. President Polish National Welfare Association, 1940; President Polish Social Workers Group, 1940. In 1924 received the rank of Eagle Scout; Scoutmaster of Troop I and Troop 151 at St. Stanislaus Parish, Buffalo. Married Irene Elaine Gapinska of Buffalo, N. Y. Sept. 4, 1939.
