City physician for Hamtramck, 1926-1928. President of Council, 1930-1932 and 1934-1936. President of School Board, 1933-1934. Member of School Board, 1934-1936. Health Commissioner 1940 for 4 years. Member of International College of Anaesthesia, 1938.
