Cichowski, Rev. Stanislaus M.
Born April 25, 1877 in Tulka, Poland. In 1888 came to U.S. and studied at Polish Theological Seminary in Detroit, Mich.; Theology at St. Bonaventure Seminiary in Allegheny, N. Y., where he was ordained in 1912. From 1912 to 1913 chaplain of the Felician Sisters Orphanage, Cheektowaga, N. Y. From 1913 to 1914 assistant pastor at St. Barbara's Parish, Lackawanna, N. Y. In 1914 assistant pastor of Assumption Parish in Buffalo, N. Y. In 1928 chaplain of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Orphan Asylum, Cheektowaga, N. Y. Since 1932 and till now pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Batavia, N. Y. Treasurer of the Association of Polish Priests in Buffalo, N. Y. for the past 25 years. Residence: 18 Sumner St., Batavia, N. Y.
