Born Oct. 14, 1937, Zakopane, Poland; came to U.S., 1965; daughter of Wladyslaw and Anna (Walczak); married Tadeusz Cukier; children: Ann, Helen, Paul.

Career: actress, singer, dancer, Klimek Bachleda Folk Group, Zakopane; in Chicago (IL) - director, Polish Folk Band, vice president, Polish Highlanders Alliance Headquarters, 1982-87, manager, Polish Highlanders Home.

Author: actress, singer, dancer in numerous festivals, concerts and plays i.a. in: Jadwisia spod Regli by Julian Reimschussel.

Member of: National Rifle Association; United We Stand Americans; Polish Highlanders Alliance.

Honors: 2nd place, International Festival of Youth and Students, Moscow (U.S.S.R.), 1957; "Zlota Ciupaga", International Festival of Folklore of Highlanders, Zakopane, 1966.
