Cylkowski, W. D.
Mason-contractor. Born in Chicago, Ill. Received his education in the Chicago Public Schools. Graduate of Lane Technical High School and Illinois University, College of Engineering. Veteran of World War I. First Lieutenant with AEF in France. Built Washington Hall at Cambridge Springs, Pa., as part of Alliance College. In 1941-1942 engaged in building water-filtration and sewage disposal plant for the U.S. Government in Camp Forrest, Tennessee.
