American Institute of Polish Culture (AIPC), Miami, FL
Founded in 1972 with purposes of sharing with all Americans the rich heritage of Poland, and establishing a center of educational facilities and resources for the encouragement and promotion of the scientific and aesthetic endeavors of Americans of Polish descent. The founder of the Institute Mrs. Rosenstiel, also founded in 1977 the Chopin Foundation of the United States, and in 1998, established, the Kosciuszko Chair of Polish Studies at the University of Virginia.
