National Polish American Congress 1995 Election

Four New Vice Presidents Elected at Chicago Meeting

Edward J. Moskal, National President of the Polish American Congress headquartered in Chicago and Washington, DC, announced that four new National Vice Presidents were elected June 23, 1995 at the Council of National Directors Meeting held at the North Shore Hilton in Skokie, Illinois.

The four new National Polish American Congress officers who will articulate the needs of the 15 million Americans of Polish heritage are:

Hilary S. Czaplicki of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Vice President for American Affairs;

Honorable Stanley J. Glod of Alexandria, Virginia, Vice President for Financial Development;

Eva A. Betka of Palatine, Illinois, Vice President for Membership Development;

Brian D. Rusk of Amherst, New York, Vice President for Public Relations.

Vice President Hilary S. Czaplicki is the Censor of the Polish National Alliance of North America, USA, the largest ethnic fraternal organization in the USA. Mr. Czaplicki served as President of the Polish American Congress, Eastern Pennsylvania District from 1960 through 1969 and from 1975 through 1976.

Vice President Eva A. Betka is Assistant to Polish American Illinois Lieutenant Governor Bob Kustra for Ethnic Affairs and has 19 years experience in government and professional associations.

Vice President Stanley J. Glod conducts a private law practice and consulting firm with offices in Washington, DC and Poland, and is deeply involved with economic development in Europe.

Vice President Brian D. Rusk is an Erie County legislator representing Amherst, New York, President of the General Pulaski Association of the Niagara Frontier, New York, and active with tax reduction in New York State.
