Genevieve Banach celebrates her 90th birthday today

Genevieve (Plesniarski) Banach, who lives at Heritage Hill Senior Community in Weatherly, is celebrating her 90th birthday today. She was born in Summit Hill on March 14,1918 and has also lived in New Jersey.

She was married to her husband, Frank Banach, for 21 years prior to his death in 1970.

She was a member of St. Ann's church choir, the Sodality and also played the organ for special services at the church. Over the years, her hobbies have included crocheting and sewing.
