Funeral services commenced from the Jurek-Park Slope Funeral Home Inc., 728 4th Ave., Brooklyn on Oct. 3. Mass of Christian Burial was con celebrated at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church by Rev. Witold Mroziewski and Rev. Peter Filipkowski. Interment at the family plot in St. John's Cemetery.
