Frank J. Baranski Jr. (1952 - 2008)
Doorman, businessman

Frank J. Baranski Jr., 56, of Lindenhurst, N.Y., and for the past four years a resident of Davis Manor, Mountain Top, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at Hazleton General Hospital.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of Patricia (Gudoski) Baranski, White Haven, and the late Frank A. Baranski Sr., and had lived in New York most of his life.

Frank was employed by Parman Co. as a doorman until 2004 and owned the Cin-Fran TV Repair business.

He was a member of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, White Haven, and Lindenhurst Moose Lodge.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are sisters, Elaine Barker, White Haven, and Mrs. John (Patricia) Yorke, Wantagh, N.Y; an uncle, Stanley Baranski, Buttonwood; an aunt, Anne Bawiec, Edgewood, Md.; nieces, Lisa Arnold, Wanamie, and Shannon Barker, Plymouth Township; a nephew, Thomas John Keeling, Glen Cove, N.Y; grandnieces, Samantha and Tiffany Arnold, both of Wanamie; a grand-nephew, Brian Stritzinger, Plymouth Township, and many cousins.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 9:45 a.m. from McHugh-Wilczek Funeral Home, 249 Centre St., Freeland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in St. Patrick's R.C. Church, White Haven. Burial will take place in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Nanticoke. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m.
