Mr. Bartkowski was a former owner of Bill's Cafe, Cottman Ave. and Duncan St.
Survived by his children, William R. Bartkowski (Sandy), Christine Colucci and Andrew J. Bartkowski.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 10 A.M., St. Ephrem Church, Bensalem. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends will be received at The James O. Bradley Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Bellevue Ave., Penndel, PA 19047. Monday evening 7 to 9 P.M. and Tuesday 9 to 9:30 A.M.
