Former provincial of St. Anthony province in Buffalo, N. Y. Born April 1. 1885, in Buffalo, N. Y. ; the son of Contantine and Antonina (Radlowska) Bartoszewicz.
Education: Transfiguration parochial school, Buffalo, N. Y., 1897; St. Francis College, Trenton, N. J., 1897-1901 ; Philosophy and Theology in Cracow, Poland and Rome, Italy, 1904-1907. In 1907 received his S.T.M. degree. On Aug. 1, 1907 ordained in Rome, Italy, Assistant at Corpus Christi Parish, Buffalo, N. Y., 1907-1909. From 19091912, Assistant at St. Hedwig's Parish, Detroit, Mich., 1909-1912. 1942 Pastor of St. Hedwig's Parish, Detroit, Mich., 1912-1942. Since 1942, pastor of Our
Lady Queen of Angels, Detroit, Mich.
