Bednarek, Rev. J. A.
Roman Catholic priest. Born in Chicago, Ill., Sept. 10, 1909. Education: St. Hyacinth's parish school, 1924. Attended St. Stanislaus Kostka College, Chicago, Ill., graduated in 1928. Entered the Resurrectionist Fathers novitiate at Cragin, Ill. in Feb. ,1928. In Aug., 1928 began his philosophy course and theology course at St. Louis Mo. Appointed assistant to St. Stanislaus Parish in Chicago, thence transferred as assistant to St. Stanislaus Kostka church, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, in 1936.
