Dentist. Born August 7,1904 in East Pittsburgh, Pa. Graduated from St. Vincent College, Latrobe, Pa. in 1929 with B.S. degree. Attended University of Pittsburgh, Dental School and graduated with honor in 1934 with degree Doctor of Dental Surgery. Member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, honorary dental fraternity; American Dental Association and Delta Sigma Delta. Associated with brother Dr. Vincent F. Bielski in practice of dentistry. Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, Dental School, 19351939. Address: 4029 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, Pa.
