Blacharski, John H.

Professor. Born in Jaroslaw, Poland, in 1909. Came with his parents to U.S. in 1912, settling in New Haven, Conn, Graduated from parochial school in New Haven, from New Haven H.S. Attended Yale College 1927-1931, where he received a three year scholarship. Studied at Yale University, Graduate School, graduating with M.A, degree in 1933. Professor of Latin and English at St. Mary's College and Theological Seminary, Orchard Lake, Mich., 1933 1939. Studied also at Wayne University, Detroit, Mich., 1938-1939 and received certificate of teaching in Michigan Colleges. Since 1939 professor of English and Latin in Alliance College, Cambridge Springs, Pa. Address: Alliance College, Cambridge Springs, Pa.
