Blazewicz, Wenceslaus, Bojan
Editor, social worker. Born Nov. 19, 1881 in Lublin, Poland. In 1905 imprisoned by Russian government. Came to U.S. in 1912. For a long time chief editor of "Nowy Swiat" (Polish Morning World), in New York, N. Y. For his patriotic services and his many accomplishments awarded "Polonia Restituta" and Cross of Legion by the Polish Government. Active leader In the Polish Supplementary Schools in the U.S. Former president of Educational Council, United Polish Societies in New York City. Died Nov. 23, 1937, in Mineral Wells, Texas.
