Orlando, FL - Past President of Polish National Alliance Lodge 3216 passed away on June 4, 2008. Ms. Boldizsar, was the first President of Lodge 3216 which was issued a Charter on September 1, 1974. The Lodge was organized in 1974 by the late District Organizer, Joseph Malinowski of Miami, Florida and received it' s Charter on September 1, 1974 from Aloysius A. Mazewski, PNA President at the time.

Bernice Boldizsar, 83, was born in Evanston, IL and moved to FL from Rosemont, IL in 1969. She was Catholic and the past President of the Polish National Alliance. She is survived by her son, Roger and his wife Jennifer of Land 0'Lakes; daughter, Pam Carlier and husband Mike of NorthfieId, MN and her loving grandchildren, Charlie, Jackie, Brittany and Alex.
