Bolewicki, Peter Edward
Physician. Office: 11301 Jos. Campau Ave., Hamtramck, Michi. Born in Baltimore, Md., Sept. 2, 1894; son of Michael Bolewicki and Anna Lubinski. Studied at Calvert Hall College and then completed his collegiate studies at Rock Hill College from which he received A.B. degree in 1916. Loyola University, School of Medicine, Chicago, Ill., granted him M.D. degree in 1923. Married Wanda Morawski in 1925. Has two children. City physician of Hamtramck, 1928-1930; Health Commissioner of Hamtramck, 1934-1936; Asst. Health Commissioner of Hamtramck, 1939-1942; Psychiatrist of Wayne County Court. Medical examiner for Local Board No. 52 during World War II. Member of Polish National Alliance, Home Owners Association, Hamtramck Professional and Business Men's Bowling League (president for ten years). Now honorary president of the Bowling League.
