Borkowski, Ansley B.
Lawyer. Born in 1897, in Buffalo, N. Y. Attended St. Adalbert's Parochial School; studied at Canisius H.S., graduating in 1915. Graduated from Canisius College in 1917 and University of Buffalo Law School in 1920, with the degree of Bachelor of Laws. In 1920, elected assemblyman from the fifth district of Erie County in Buffalo, N.Y., and reelected in 1923, 1924, 1925 and 1930. On June 28, 1922 admitted to the Bar and since then has been engaged in the practice of law. In 1936 elected Clerk of State Assembly in New York: reelected in 1937, 1938, 1939, 1940.
