Public official. Born in Newington, Conn. The son of Blasil and Aniela Bout. Education: SS. Cyril and Methodius parochial school and Hartford High School, Hartford, Conn. Joined the Police Department of Hartford, February 20, 1922. Assigned to the detective squad, Nov. 11, 1933. Appointed sergeant of the detective squad, June 19, 1939. Appointed lieutenant of the Police Department in March, 1943. Married. Member of Polish National Alliance, Lodge 464.
