Felician Order. Teacher. Mistress of Novices. Provincial-superior. Born Sept. 14, 1864 in Gostom, Poland. At an early age, came with her parents to Polonia, Wis. Studied at Sacred Heart School, in Polonia, Wis. Graduated from the Seminary of the Felician Sisters in 1882. Teacher in the Felician Sisters Academy from 1886-1892. Mistress of Novices from 1892-1894. Went to Cracow, Poland, where she taught schools in various places from 1894-1913. Provincial-superior in the Detroit Province from 1907-1913. In 1912 established the St. Joseph Home for Boys, at Jackson, Mich. The results of her activities as Provincial in Detroit Province were as follows: 1908 St. Hyacinth School, Detroit Mich.; 1908, St. Stanislaus School, Toledo, 0.; 1909, St. Adalbert School, Toledo, 0.; 1910, Mt. Carmel School, Wyandotte, Mich.; 1910, St. Florian School, Hamtramck, Mich.; 1910, St. Hedwig School, Bay City, Mich.; 1911, St. Adalbert School, South Bend, Ind.; 1913, Assumption School, Detroit, Mich.; 1913, St. Lawrence School, Cheboygan, Mich. From 1920-1925 Provincial-superior in Lwow, Poland, where she died November 12. 1925.
