and Ann Burczyk. Graduated from St. Casimirs Parochial School, Marquette High School, Marquette University Law School in 1932, all in Milwaukee. In 1939, assistant district attorney in Milwaukee. From June 30, 1939 to June, 1940, served on the State Industrial Commission of Wisconsin.
