Burzynski, Francis S.
Lawyer. Born December 8, 1876 in Buffalo, N. Y. Received elementary education at St. Stanislaus Parochial School; graduated from the Canisius College in 1895; graduated from Bryant and Strattons Business College, Buffalo, N. Y., 1897; from the University of Buffalo, Law School in 1899. In 1900 was admitted to the Bar as first Polish lawyer in the State of New York. In 1904 elected assemblyman to the State Legislature from Buffalo, N. Y. and re-elected in 1905 and 1906 as first Polish assemblyman of the State of New York. Member of The Moniuszko Singing Society and director of Polonia Land Association.
