Clergyman. Born Jan. 14, 1847 in Bakowice, Silesia, Poland. Ordained May 19, 1874; after ordination came to U.S., settling in Calumet, Ill., where he remained until June 24, 1883 as a pastor of St. Stanislaus parish.
