Lawyer. Born November 17, 1898 in Nanticoke, Pa. Graduated from the Bucknell University, and in 1923 graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. On May 14, 1937 nominated municipal judge of the City of Philadelphia, Pa. On November 7, 1939 re-elected municipal judge without opposition.
