Sociologist. Daughter of John and Josephine (Piaseczny) Pinski, born Jan. 20, 1916, in Manchester, N. H. Attended public schools of Manchester, N. H., 1920-1932. (Elementary and High Schools), Lesley School, Cambridge, Mass., two year kindergarten training school, diploma with honors. June 1936, Degree of P.S. in Sociology from University of New Hampshire. Durham N.H. June 1940. Harvard Summer School (two summers, 1938 and 1939); Alliance College, Cambridge Springs. Pa., summer course in Polish history, literature and grammar in 1940. Presently holds following positions: Kindergarten teacher, playground director, engaged in sociological research. regarding Poles. Member of Alpha Kappa Delta (national honorary sociology fraternity). Jadwiga Club of Boston, Newman Club. and member of the Board of Directors. New Hampshire Settlement Association. In 1941-1942, member of the faculty of the Park School of Buffalo in the pre-primary department, in addition to attending evening classes at the Millard Fillmore College of the University of Buffalo. In 1942, appointed to International Institute Staff, Buffalo, N. Y., where she has charge of students clubs and activities. Address: International Institute, Buffalo, N. Y.
