Clergyman. Born Feb. 20, 1875 in Piekary, Silesia, Poland in 1893 came to U.S. and settled in Buffalo, N. Y. Studied at St. Francis Seminary, St. Francis, Wis. In 1898 went to Rome, where he graduated from Gregorianum College with Ph.D. and S.T.D. in 1904. In Rome edited "Annals of Polish College in Rome"; after returning became assistant at St. Stanislaus parish, Buffalo, N. Y. ln 1911 became pastor of Holy Trinity parish, Niagara Falls, N. Y. Pastor of St. Stanislaus B.M. parish, Buffalo, N. Y., from 1914 to date. In 1925 appointed Domestic Prelate by the Holy See. In 1939 nominated Officialis of the diocese of Buffalo. One of the most active Americans of Polish ancestry in the diocese of Buffalo. Residence: 123 Townsend St., Buffalo, N.Y.
