Career: secretary, Shipping & Traffic, Hammond (IN), 1941-46; secretary to attorney, Friedlander, Calumet City (IL), 1946-47; secretary, American Steel Foundries, Hammond (IN), 1947-52; secretary to supervisor of school district, Calumet City, 1963-85; Retired.

Member of: president, Polish Women's Alliance (IL); president, Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women, Chicago (IL); board member, American Cancer Society; National Association of Education Office Personnel; active member, Centennial Committee of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, and Calumet City.

Honors: parish award, Council of Catholic Women, Chicago, 1981; Volunteer of the Year; Citizen of the Year; Secretary of the Year, Illinois and South Suburban Association of Education Office Personnel, 1982.
