Lawyer. Born in Utica, N. Y.; the son of Andrew and Helen Potocki. Elementary education at Holy Trinity school, Utica, N. Y. In 1924 graduated from the Hamilton College. In 1928 admitted to the Bar. Member of the Oneida County and New York State Bar Associations; Polish Falcons Alliance, Knights of Columbus, P.R.C.U. and Polish Nationial Alliance of America.
