Prazynski, Taylor Bradley, Lance Cpl.
(Nov. 12, 1984 - May 9, 2005)

Born in Fairfield, 15 miles north of Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of John Prazynski enlisted in the Marines in the fall of 2003 and was assigned to the Third Brigade, 2nd Marine Division, at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He joined the Marines to earn money for college and wanted to become a teacher of disabled students. After military training, Prazynski took off in January of 2005 to support the troops fighting in Iraq. He suffered shrapnel wounds in an explosion at Kannah, Iraq, and died in a hospital at Fallujah. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery, Section 60, Site 6111.
