Prorok, Joseph
Industrialist. Born November 18, 1893 in Poland, where he received elementary and secondary education. In 1925 naturalized in Superior Court of Cook County of Illinois. In 1916 joined the Polish National Alliance and was elected delegate to 26th and 27th conventions. Married. Address: 1050 N. Damen St., Chicago, Ill.
