Civic leader. Born January 1, 1880 in Czeszew, Poland. Came to U.S. in 1887 with his parents and settled in Chicago. Educated in Chicago. Ill. Worked at Illinois Steel Corporation, Chicago, Ill. Clerk at Union Bank Chicago. In 1912 chief clerk in the City Court Clerk's Office of Chicago. Member of Polish Roman Catholic Union of America, in which he held various offices.
