Clergyman. Born in Warsaw, Poland, August 4, 1870. Arrived in U.S. in
1893. Ordained Jan. 6, 1895 in New York, N. Y.; organized a new Polish Parish in South Brooklyn section and appointed pastor of Our Lady of Czenstochowa parish, Brooklyn, N. Y. in 1896. Appointed consultor of the Brooklyn Diocese in 1920. For his services to the Church, Holy See elevated him to the rank of Domestic Prelate in 1926. Since 1896 pastor of Our Lady of Czenstochowa parish. Brooklyn, N. Y. Organized the Union of Polish Priests in Brooklyn, N. Y. in 1909. Served for several years as a member of the Diocesan School Board. Organized many Polish societies in his parish. Residence: 183 - 25th Street, Brooklyn, N. Y.
