Sadlek, Lawrence A.
Physician. Born August 8, 1905 in Poland. In 1912 came to U.S. Educated at St. Bonaventure's Minor Seminary, Sturtevant, Wis. and at the Theological Seminary of St. Paul, Minn. Graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wis., with the degree A.B., and in 1930 received his M.D. degree from Rush Medical College. In 1939 nominated assistant professor at the Chicago University Medical College. Naturalized in 1934. Member of P.N.A. since 1931, of Chicago and American Medical Associations, of the Polish Medical and Dental Association. Married. Residence: 4158 Archer Ave., Chicago, Ill.
