Sadowski, Roman John
Physician. Born in Poland, Feb. 7, 1879. Son of John and Suzanna (Mackowska) Sadowski. Graduate of St. Mary's High School, Orchard Lake, Mich. Studied at Wayne Medical School. Graduated from School of Medicine, University of Michigan, in 1904, from which he received his M.D. degree. Completed post graduate medical studies at New York Poly-Clinic Hospital and Medical School and at New York Academy of Medicine. Married Sophie Warzewska Nov. 18, 1909. Has four children. Honorary president of Polish Falcons Nest 79 and its organizer. Organizer and member of first Polish collegiate club "Aurora." Treasurer of Polish Relief Committee No. 5. City Plan Commissioner for the city of Detroit. First president and organizer of the Medical and Dental Arts Club in Detroit. Custodian of the Friends of Polish Arts Club. Engaged in private practice of medicine. Residence: 5632 West Warren Ave., Detroit, Mich.
