Sampolinski, Anthony Sigmund
Physician. Born June 13, 1892 in Poland. A member of the American College of Surgeons (F. A. C. S.) since 1932. Senior Surgeon of St. Mary's Hospital, Chicago, Ill. In 1932 nominated professor of surgery at the Loyola University, Chicago, Ill. President of the Polish Medical and Dental Association, Chicago, Ill. Naturalized in 1918 in Chicago, Ill. Member of P.N.A. since 1920. In 1939 elected chief medical examiner of the Polish National Alliance at the National Convention in Detroit, Mich. Decorated by Poland with Golden Cross of Merit in 1939. Married. Residence: 2401 5. California Ave., Chicago, Ill.
