Clergyman. Born in Odessa, Russia, July 7, 1879; attended St. Benedict's College, Constantinople, Turkey, also studied at Louvain, Fribourg and St. Mary's Seminary, Baltimore, Md., where he was ordained on July 15, 1908; obtained S.T.B. and S.T.L. degrees at the Catholic University, Washington, D. C., 1909 and 1912. In 1928 pastor of St. Athanasius' parish, Baltimore, Md.
