Saporski, Sebastian Edmund
Engineer. Called the father of Polish immigration in Brazil. Born in Upper Silesia, Poland. Founder of many settlements for Polish immigrants in Brazil: built highways, railroads and regulated the Brazil's rivers. Founded the first Polish paper "Gazeta Polska" in Brazil. Died in 1934 in Curitiba, Brazil.
