Sedziak, Frank
Engineer, physician. Born in Poland. Educated at Warsaw. Graduate of Ecole Superieure d'Electricite, Paris, as electrical engineer, went to Canada in 1906, after spending four years in U.S. In 1909 engaged as designing engineer on staff of the City of Winnipeg Hydro-Electric Development. Built North Battleford Subway for Canadian Northern Railway; Kenora High School, Earl Grey School at Winnipeg, Royal Albert, Bird-Archer Factory at Elmwood. Designed and constructed Manitoba Rolling Mills at Selkirk, Manitoba; Provencher Bridge over Red River. In 1918 took tip medical studies at University of Manitoba. graduating with honors in 1922. At present (1943) municipal doctor at Roblin, Manitoba, Canada.
