Siemiradzki, Joseph
Geologist. Born in 1858. Graduated from the University of Dorpat in Russia. In 1887 engaged as a professor at the University in Lwow, Poland and in 1901 professor of paleontology of said university. Went to South America, after some years, spent here, returned to Poland, where he died. Author of following books: "Za Morzem," 1899, "Szkice z Wycieczki do Brazylji," "Szlakiem Wychodzcow" (1900), 2 volumes.
