Cheese manufacturer, Born in Denmark, Wis. Owner of a big cheese factory in Denmark, Wis, In 1934 at the state fair of Wisconsin received the first prize for his one-ton-cheese Goliat I. One ton cheese Goliat II, delivered to the cheese factory in Green Bay, Wis. Goliat III one ton cheese sold to New York City. In 1939 made 2250 pounds of cheese, delivered to Washington, D.C., bought by the National Groceries Association for $550.00, Resides in Denmark, Wis.
