Lawyer. Born 1880 in Witowka, Poland. In 1895 came to America. Graduated from St. Joseph's College, Buffalo, N.Y. Attended University of Buffalo, N.Y., and graduated in 1902 with law degree and admitted to the Bar. Unsuccessful candidate to State Legislature, very active in Republican circles.
