Stackewicz, Casimir
Veteran of World War I. Born in 1897. Won five medals in the First World War as a member of the Sixth Marine Corps Regiment in France; took part in the battles of Chateau Thierry, San Mihiel, Belleau Wood, where he was wounded, Champaigne, Toulons and the Marne. He received the Marine Corps Hood Conduct Medal, the Croix de Guerre, the San Domingo Medal and the Purple Heart. Address: Indian Road, Cheektowaga, N.Y.
