Completed secondary education in Petrograd, Russia. Attended Institute of Civil Engineering, Petrograd. Studied at University of Michigan. Completed his university studies at Northwestern University, School of Commerce, Chicago, Ill. First lieutenant in the Polish Army until 1921 and since then engaged permanently in the Polish consular service in the United States. Married Blanche M. Gambon.
