Completed special courses at Chicago University and military courses at Fort Knox, Ky. and U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y. Former director of legal department of Youngstown, 0., from 1932 to 1936. Legal adviser and counselor of Polish Consulate in Pittsburgh, Pa., since 1925. Member of State Democratic Party in Ohio.
