Received B.A. degree from Valparaiso University; LL.B. from Union University and Doctor of Juris from Union University. Completed special courses at Chicago University and military courses at Fort Knox, Ky. and U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y. Former director of legal department of Youngstown, 0., from 1932 to 1936. Legal adviser and counselor of Polish Consulate in Pittsburgh, Pa., since 1925. Member of State Democratic Party in Ohio. For several years president of Council 46 P.N.A. Naturalized citizen since Feb. 17, 1922. Address: 217 Terminal Bldg., Youngstown, Ohio.
