Stawasz, Catherine
Teacher. Born July 20, 1912 in New Bedford, Mass., daughter of John and Elizabeth (Salek) Stawasz. Attended primary schools in New Bedford; BA. degree from Smith College, at Northamtpon, Mass. in 1923. Worked as adjustor of claims in R. H. Macy, New York City. Taught adult classes in New Bedford from 1934-1939. Teaching in Normandie Junior High School since 1939 in New Bedford, Mass.
