Stegelski, Francis Stanislaus
Lawyer. Born Dec. 16, 1879 in Dunkirk, N.Y. Son of Joseph and Constance (Brzuszkiewicz) Stegelski. Elementary education at St. Hyacinth parochial school, secondary at St. Mary's High School in 1902.
