Swietlik, Ladislaus
Civil engineer. Born in Milwaukee, Wis., where he attended local elementary and secondary schools. Studied at the School of Engineering, Marquette University, Milwaukee. Wis.. from which he graduated with a degree of B.S. in Civil Engineering. During the first World War served in the U.S. Army in the coast artillery; several years engineer for the City Water Department and later organized his own engineering firm. Since 1940 commissioner of public works in Milwaukee, Wis. Residence: 2563 No. Humboldt Ave., Milwaukee, Wis.
