Sztuczko, Rev. Casimir, C.S.C.
Clergyman. Born February 28, 1867 in Miroslaw, Poland. Son of Anthony and Frances Szlamfucht. Came to U.S. in 1882. Graduate of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Ind. Ordained July 16, 1891. Assistant for two years in South Bend, Ind. Appointed pastor of Holy Trinity parish on June 27, 1893 in Chicago, Ill. Built a new school, church, parochial and high school. Instrumental in organizing a Federation of Polish Catholics. Executive secretary of the Second and Third Polish Congresses in America, in Buffalo. 1901 and in Pittsburgh, 1904. In 1910 founded Holy Trinity High School. In 1912 organized Holy Trinity Educational Fund. Pastor of Holy Trinity parish. Chicago, Ill. Residence: 118 Noble Street, Chicago, Ill.
