Szypula, George
Coach of gynmastics at Michigan State University since 1947. His squad won the NCAA title in 1958. Spartan gymnasts have taken 18 NCAA titles and 45 Big Ten honors. A star gymnast in his own right at Temple University, Szypula dominated the sport from the mid-1930's to the mid-1940s.
